THE SPORTSMAN'S GUARD

The Sportsman’s Guard is a program born from the Strempke family’s enduring passion for the great American outdoors. With a rich history that spans generations, the Strempke family have embraced a wide range of outdoor activities, from pheasant hunting in the Midwest plains, to bass fishing tournaments in the South. From spearfishing in the Florida Keys, to sportfishing along the Carolina coasts.

PROGRAM MISSION

Our mission is to ensure that the privilege of enjoying these outdoor adventures endures for generations to come. In recent times, however, we have faced several significant challenges. These include a decline in game fish populations coupled with an increase in coastal predators, a reduction in education around safe weapons training, and greater barriers to entry into the sporting world.
In response to these challenges, we established The Sportsman’s Guard. Our goal is to uphold and promote the traditions of outdoor sporting, ensuring that this cherished way of life continues to thrive. Join us in safeguarding the future of outdoor sports and preserving sporting opportunities for the next generation.

OUR PROJECTS

Artificial Reef Program

One of the easiest ways to we can help improve the sea life ecosystem is to supplement the reef system with manufactured artificial reefs. We partner with concrete companies around the world to produce artificial reef structures out of discarded building materials that create ecosystems for hundreds of fish species.

Join The Guard

Healthy reef systems are the backbone of vibrant marine life. Collaborating with local governments and environmental organizations, we aim to rebuild and maintain these crucial underwater habitats. We invite Coastal cities and states to reach out to see how we can help add to your reef system.

MORE PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

  • Barge companies to transport reef systems.
  • Additional concrete companies who want to put excess concrete to work improving the environment.
